The research aims to substantiate the assumption that during the period
of changes caused by the negative impact of various crisis factors, the stability of
the economic system can be supported by modern tools to increase the flexibility
of the labor market, including digital technologies to ensure public access to online
labor markets, new flexible forms of employment, and the formation of a profes
sional retraining system. This research aims to study the specifics of the Russian
labor market's response to crisis phenomena and find effective tools to maintain
employment for improving the adaptation of the economic system to changes. The
authors assessed the negative consequences of the pandemic. The article substan
tiates the advantages of the tools of three tools that contribute to the adaptation of
the Russian labor market to the ongoing changes: expanding public access to the
national and global online employment market; self-employment of the population
as a new institutional form of entrepreneurial activity of the population in Russia; an
effective system of professional retraining. The authors justified the advantages of
online employment to increase the flexibility of the labor market. The article defines
the effects of self-employment of the population on the economy and social sphere. |
