dc.description.abstract	Preeclampsia is one of the most often complications of pregnancy, however isn't still present consensus what is the starting mechanism of development of this pathology. In recent years the increasing value in development of preeclampsia is given to violations of immune system of pregnant women. The main me-diators of interaction of cells of immune system of organism of mother and foetus are interleukins, playing important role in implantation, growth and embryo development. One of the probable causes of preeclampsia development is the genetic determinancy of disease including defects of synthesis of num-ber of proteins, in particular proteins of cytokine number. During the research the analysis of association of allel frequencies and genotypes of polymorphic locus-590 C/T gene interleukin-4 with the risk of devel-opment and severity of preeclampsia was carried out.	ru_RU
