Аннотация

This textbook is the first part of the set of textbooks intended for Intermediate students of the Institute of History and anyone profoundly studying European history, culture, politics and economy. It includes two parts each of which is devoted to the study of one country in Central Europe. Working on this textbook will give students an opportunity to read and understand authentic texts in English, acquire general and specific vocabulary, develop their speaking and writing skills, gain knowledge on historical, political and economical development, world outlook, success and problems of people living in the suggested countries
