Аннотация |
Quantitative assessment of soil degradation and evaluation of sedimentation rates in different sediment sinks for the different time intervals are very important tasks for understanding of antropogenic impact on the environment. Despite of clear progress in quantification of soil losses and sediment redistribution achieved during last decade, we are still too far for objective knowledge about intensity of these processes in different landscapes because of comprehensiveness of these processes and their spatial and temporal heterogeneity. Application of fallout radionuclides for evaluation of erosion and sedimentation rates is quickly developing methodological direction |
