Annotation

In article on the basis of archival material is considered rich and controversial period in the history of the Tatar musical culture - the 1930s, when there was its dynamic development. Presents issues of functioning of musical organizations in this period. Shows the active work of the Tatar Radio Committee in promoting national music and public education. Illuminated preparation for the opening of the Tatar State Opera, is of particular importance in the development of national culture in 1930. We consider the activities of the new educational structure - the Tatar Opera Studio of the Moscow State Conservatory, as well as Tatar College of Art. Identified the role of the Tatar state Philharmonic society in the development of a performance culture in Tatarstan. In addition, to address the ideological character associated with commonality and totalitarist cultural policy, shed additional light on the mechanism of the relationship of the "power of art".
