dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this paper is to study the shortcomings in the development of economic activities and the national economy of Russia. To achieve this goal has been used transaction - sector methodology to the study of the Russian national economy and regional economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the most developed subjects of the Russian Federation. In addition, to study the structure of national and regional economies were applied empirical and statistical approaches to studying the transactional and transformational activities. As a result of studying the statistics data were discovered the factors that influence in the development of the individual segments of the transformational and transactional sectors of the national and regional economy.	ru_RU
