dc.description.abstract	The subject of the research is the analysis of the main reasons for growth of number of accidents on roads. It has been made the assumption that it occurs in a consequence weakening of moral and ethical standards of modern drivers and not formation of subject identity. It has been allocated and described some shortcomings of the program of training of drivers.
