dc.description.abstract	Relevance of the studied problem is caused by contradictions between objective need of society for education of younger school students, equalizing of their starting opportunities and practice of primary education. Article is directed on identification and justification of pedagogical conditions at which the elementary school teacher will most effectively provide labor education of younger school students. The present stage of social and economic development makes high demands to the personality: the relation to work as to the major public debt, a conscientious attitude to work, the movement to work and to its results, take the initiative, active, creative approach to work, internal requirement to work in full measure of the intellectual and physical forces, the relation to work as to conscious need and the basic vital need of the person. The analysis of pedagogical research allows claiming that children of younger school age have some idea about labor standards of behavior, sufficient	ru_RU
