dc.description.abstract	Prospects of investments' is a system of certain conditions and features of the investment target. It is a dynamic feature that is defined for certain periods in order to record the results of development and changes of the target. Each region features its own features and growth potential. It is advisable to present the investment prospects of a region through certain expectations and needs of members of the investment process. The authors suggest the consideration of interests of all the investment process members enables to maximize the perfection of the existing rating assessments. At the present stage of the decision-making on the advisability of attracting investments and implementations of investment programs, there are no mechanisms enabling to estimate the amounts of the investments and time periods for any given aspects affecting the further development curve of the investment prospects of a region.
