The relevance of this article is due to the active implementation of distance learning technologies in various countries having similar problems in distance education and accumulating positive experience in solving them. Among such issues is the quality of education in the context of distance learning, the ways and the effectiveness of which
considerably vary. Therefore, this article is aimed at the study and collation of the quality of international distance education technologies. The leading method in the study of this problem is a simulation method allowing to compare and collate the quality of learning technologies
used in Russian and foreign experience on the basis of similarity (both recognized and valuable experience and the experience of little importance for the countries) and specificity (as the experience in which the leading position is taken by one or other country). Comparative
