The present work is devoted to the analysis of ways of transmission of paremiological units of the American English, presented in «Poor Richard's Almanac« by Benjamin Franklin, into the Spanish language, as well as to the contrastive-comparative comparison of the most popular methods of transferring them to Spanish.
