dc.description.abstract	The relevance of this research is explained in terms of necessity to form a value-oriented attitude in the perception of the main national values and respect for national culture. The study is also caused by an increased need of cultural and leisure activity in the use of the pedagogical potentials of historical and modern aspects of traditional arts and crafts, as well as by the insufficient theoretical and practical development of contents, forms, methods and mechanisms of the organization of this process. A valueoriented attitude to one's Homeland is considered as an integrative quality of the personality connected with the formation of social and high-value abilities, directed to the development of social values of the society, respect and love for Homeland, its traditions and social norms, and the manifestations of patriotic feelings and civic virtues. The research objective is to develop and pilot the efficiency of pedagogical conditions in development of a value-oriented attitu	ru_RU
