dc.description.abstract	This article is devoted to the methodological basics of the technical and economic analysis at the stage of innovative product creation. Such analysis allows to optimize technical solutions by economic ef-ficiency criterion and to achieve as a result increase in quality of production at optimum costs of its produc-tion and operation that, respectively, will increase competitiveness of production. In this paper the maintenance of technical and economic analysis at the separate design stages of products is considered, the methods and indicators allowing to optimize technical solutions on the basis of the chosen economic criteria are given. The role of functional and cost analysis as a highly effective method of the tech-nical and economic analysis promoting considerable reduction of functional and unjustified expenses at an in-novation design stage is defined. Methods of economic optimization on the basis of a multicriteria economic assessment are offered.	ru_RU
