    Annotation Despite the fact that the twenty-first century is called the age of globalization, and according to the norms of international law countries are nominally equal, in every geostrategic region there are countries-leaders who set the tone for the said territory. In the Asia-Pacific region, such locomotives are India and China, which have not only great economic and demographic potential, but also large territories. The further Asia development depends on the nature of the relations between the two countries, as each of the countries is struggling to strengthen its influence in the Asia-Pacific region. This article will discuss the causes of the conflict between India and China over disputed territories. This conflict is still unfinished, as the territories of Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh, the countries still can not come to a common solution. Although, after the 31-day war in 1962, the leaders of the two countries are trying to maintain a positive tone, because it's necessary for them
