Annotation

The life of modern man is caused by a mass of negative factors that can help reduce stress and improve the overall level of emotional intensity. These factors include the economic crisis, is rapidly increasing level of competition in society, unemployment and so on. At the same time with such negative social phenomena there is a clear organization of the activities of transnational criminal groups and communities associated with illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and their precursors.
