Annotation |
This study reflects the methodological issues of statistical study of the production capacity reserves as one of the factors in the production efficiency growth. It shows the role of the social labor productivity as one of the main criteria of the national economy effectiveness. In many fields of economic activity, an increase in labor productivity is inextricably linked with the use of production capacities and it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive analysis of reserves in this regard. For this purpose, we made the economic and mathematical modeling of the production capacity reserves at the micro level. On the basis of these models, we justified the optimal option of the production program distribution by equipment groups. A particular attention should be paid to the results of selective observation (specified by the authors) of the equipment is carried out at one of the enterprises of the electrical industry and calculation of the necessary number of machines based on it, which made it possible to identify a significant reserve of production capacities due to their incomplete use. |
