dc.description.abstract	The relevance of the problem under investigation is due to the fact that at the present time translation of scientific literature is in great demand. The article deals with the problems associated with grammatical difficulties of translating English professional texts in the field of physics. The purpose of this article is to identify and describe grammatical phenomena that cause difficulties when translating from English into Russian in professional English. The leading method of this study is the study and analysis of the phenomena studied. The article reveals basic requirements for professional translation, and errors made with machine translation. As a result of the research, the most important grammatical phenomena causing errors were found out and recommendations to overcome problems were developed. The materials of the article may be of interest to students and researchers in the sphere of translation.	ru_RU
