Annotation

In this article problems of regulation of emotional and estimated mental conditions of the addictive personality through a communication fasilitation, through not directive management, the help, improvement of social interactions of persons with different types of dependences are covered. Training programs are an element of the package of program and methodical ensuring regulation of emotional and estimated mental conditions of the addi�tivny personality developed by us which enter: the list from the revealed 44 tendencies to addiktion for their minimization by means of a communicative author's technique «A self-assessment of readiness for organizational communication« in which 10 necessary and sufficient communicative qualities of the personality are marked out.
