Annotation

The urgency of the problem stated in the article is caused by the fact that typification and personification of socio-cultural processes determine the civic position of the modern personality, where the civic culture is conditioned by social facts and social phenomena. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the paradigmatic approach as a conceptual and technologically-informative basis for the formation of civic culture of youth. The essential method of this study is scientific analysis of socio-cultural activities under the conceptually-terminological system. The main findings of this article are attributed to the application of the paradigmatic approach based on the realization of the socio-cultural competences necessary for the personality's implementation of significant civic activity predicated on various behavioral scenarios.
