Annotation |
Physical exercises have an extremely wide range of effects on the human body: some exercises have little effect on the level of functioning of physiological systems, others repeatedly increase their power. The aim of this study is to examine that the choice and application of physical exercises and physical training of students should be carried out with regard to the formation of the necessary properties of the body on the basis of up to date information about the patterns of physiological adaptations which deeply and fully reveal the influence of various physical activities on the success of adaptive reactions and the effectiveness of professional activity. A total of 80 students were participated in this study. The results show the high efficiency of the proposed methods of physical training, which can be used as a basis for physical training sessions. |
