The article discusses the attitude of teachers towards a healthy lifestyle. The study
involved 84 teachers, with the exception of physical education teachers. Teachers observe the
rules of a healthy lifestyle in such aspects as giving up bad habits and rationalizing the diet,
but teachers do not attach much importance to physical activity. |
