This work is devoted to the impact of digitalization on the daily
life of the state and the population. It is proved that the Republic of
Korea invests huge fi nancial resources in R & d and provides various
government subsidies. The professional skills of Korean employees
were evaluated. Some approaches to increasing labor productivity and
attracting signifi cant investment in improving the quality of training
have been identifi ed. The requirements of the OECD, which will have a
positive impact on the development of Korea, are given. Demographic

problems of society are revealed and measures of state support in the
fi eld of digitalization development for the implementation of various
programs and start-UPS are given |
