dc.description.abstract	In today's world, the household is an essential part of a country's economy, and the efficiency and quality of household activity determine a country's well-being. In order to function effectively in a country's economic system, the household has to analyse the needs and desires of the immediate participants. The data then inform the creation of savings opportunities and goals. In addition to setting the direction and objectives of household financial management, the immediate participants in the household make an indicative assessment of the financial resources they need to meet their needs. The need for household members to use elements of tax management, in particular planning and control of income generation and flow, is of great importance for the effective man- 54 agement of household financial resources. The Board is of the view that the Fund should be maintained by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. It is this approach that will maximize income with minimal tax payments, in particular, the timing of life insurance, education, investment and income generation, etc. This is the approach that will be followed in the future. The data then inform the creation of savings opportunities and goals. It should be noted that management methods and practices are often understood to mean a set of elements and structures that make it possible to shape the management of households, reflecting the characteristics of the subject and the subject matter of management	ru_RU
