The article is devoted to the development of employee performance indicators system in an online environment. One of the most important issues that requires immediate action of small and medium-sized businesses is remote operational control over employee productivity. This is largely because the dynamics of the online business is growing rapidly, and so the competition. The importance of tangible and intangible tools for employee motivation is evaluated and the valuable end product as one of the key parameters of employee effectiveness in the online environment is determined. An algorithm for describing the key performance indicators of employees is proposed, based on the company's life cycle and the operation of financial levers, and the key performance indicators of online school employees are described. Recommendations for the implementation of online school employee motivation tools are given. Thus, the proposed motivation options encourage employees to determine their growth zones, calculate their incentives and take actions for better financial results. Company and employees working together towards a common goal, all in one chain. |
