dc.description.abstract	Abstract. This article explores Russia's relations with Latin America in the context of the restructuring of Russian foreign policy, especially at the turn of the millennium. In the post-Soviet period, Russia's relations with the countries of the Latin American region were built on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation. The development of the Latin American direction in international relations is becoming increasingly important for Russia. The authors seek to analyze and describe the strategy of Russia and evaluate the relations between Russia and Brazil at the present stage.	ru_RU
