dc.description.abstract	At present, cardiovascular diseases continue to occupy the leading place among the causes of disability and mortality in economically developed countries. More than 250 risk factors of cardiovascular disease development have been revealed, which in their turn are subdivided into unmodifiable (sex, age, genetic and ethnic factors) and modified dyslipidemia, obesity, alimentary disorders, etc.). One of the main factors that can explain the interpopulation differences in morbidity and mortality rates from cardiovascular diseases is unbalanced nutrition. Alimentary impact on etiopathogenetic factors of cardiovascular diseases is crucial for their prevention and treatment. For the prevention of cardiovascular disease is recommended to include vitamin complexes that participate in the regulation of lipid metabolism, have lipotropic, antioxidant effect and have a beneficial effect on myocardial function.
