dc.description.abstract	Naki Isanbet was a prominent Tatar scholar–encyclopedist, folklorist, literary critic, classical writer, translator, critic. He called himself an enlightener and the disciple of Gabdulla Tukay. He was granted the Honored Art Worker of the RSFSR (1959), the People's Writer of the Tatar ASSR (1986), G. Tukay TASSR State Prize winner (1968). In this study, for the first time, an attempt is made to systematically describe and analyze the part of the scientific heritage of Naki Sirazievich Isanbet (1899-1992), which is directly related to the problems of textual studies. All scientific activity of the scientist was based on work with primary sources, he studied them in a broad historical, cultural and socio-political context. Naki Isanbet was engaged in textual studies intermittently, his main activities were concentrated in the folklore studies. The scientist's first textual experience dates back to 1922, when he published his translation of a poem by Abu Firas (X century) with comments in “Chatki” -- Tatar manuscript journal in Moscow. In 1920-1930, N. Isanbet established himself as a folklorist and textual critic collaborating with the Bashkir Academic Center in Ufa. He demonstrated his skills in the design of recordings and publications of works of folk art. In 1930-1940, N. Isanbet successfully compiled the consolidated texts of the«Idukai and Muradim« and «Idegey« dastans. Since the beginning of the 1940s, the writer has gained fame as a writer and textual critic, returning the «forgotten« works of Tatar classical writers devoted to oblivion. The scientist formulated his principles of textual work in critical articles devoted to the analysis of academic publications of G. Tukay's works	ru_RU
