dc.description.abstract	The National Program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation« replaced the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 28, 2017 No. 1632-r, which approved the special program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation«, which caused the need to develop new approaches to the formation of accounting information of business entities for the solutions. For the development of this program in 2020–2024, it is planned to allocate 1,837,696 million rubles. (including 1,099,589 million rubles from the federal budget). However, in addition to the federal budget costs, a key indicator of the implementation of the national program is the indicator «Internal costs for the development of the digital economy from all sources by share in the country's gross domestic product.« Currently, the methodology for calculating it has not been approved.	ru_RU
