Annotation This work is part of research in economics aimed to generalizing (i) the physiocratic models inputs (I)/(O) outputs (TIO), (ii) the neo-classic approach of the balance supply demand (TEG) and (iii) especially the general theory of equilibrium (TGE) bringing rarity and sociological influences. To do so the processes of creativity. The role of the singularity of time and of the history are considered in the framework of discrete no more differential, but spectral approach. The question that motivates this chapter is that of growth of the economy via innovations as maker of wealth, therefore that of imbalance open systems with holes. We approach this question by considering in a very general way an asymmetrical local/global coupling by backing it to an arithmetic of balance sheets based on spectral algebra of economics by the means of Zeta Riemann function. The generalization of economic approach is led from a generalization of the notion of ergodicity (here seen as an intensity/extensity coupling) leading a local categorical monadic structure constrained by a non-linearity. We will show how time asymmetry, a source of creativity, comes from the functional relationship that characterizes the zeta function.
