| Annotation |
It is difficult to name another form of lunar relief that would arouse such keen interest among the inhabitants of the Earth as lunar craters. Maybe it's also the lunar mares. But there are not many of them on the Moon. Whereas thousands of craters cover the entire surface of the Moon, presenting a fascinating sight. The nature of lunar craters, as well as lunar mares, has long been of concern to researchers. Our report presents examples of lunar craters that could expand the understanding of the geometry and physics of the most common elements of the Moon's relief. |
