    Annotation The active entry of digital technologies into everyday life entails qualitative changes in many spheres of society. The long-term and continuous process of digitalization is the basis for the formation of new communicative practices in everyday life. The article contains a study of modern communicative practices in the information society. The aim is to identify the peculiarities of modern communication practices of young people, as well as to identify the most common patterns of behavior in the conditions of scaling Internet communications. The empirical base of the work is represented by the materials of secondary analysis and the author's research on the example of the city of Kazan - one of the sixteen large cities with millions of inhabitants in the Russian Federation.
