dc.description.abstract	Enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by surfactants attracts high interest in the petroleum industry duo to its capability of reducing the interfacial tension, altering wettability, emulsification and foam generation. But surfactant EOR faces various complications, such as high concertation of salt ions, high temperatures, selection of surfactant and its compatibility with reservoir rock and surfactant adsorption into the rock surface. However, surfactant formulations can be chosen to challenge these difficulties and prove effective in achieving additional oil recovery.	ru_RU
