    Annotation A nonlinear system of three differential equations is suggested as a model of the bubble boiling of drops of the dispersed phase. A qualitative analysis of the nature of the process of joint boiling and coalescence of drops of the dispersed phase in the overheated emulsion was made with certain simplifying assumptions
