    Annotation The article analyzes global trends of development and reform of civil procedure on the example of Latin America (Chile), European Union, China, Hong Kong and Russia. Causes of reforming different: in some cases there is a need to bring the outdated forms of justice in accordance with international standards, in other cases civil proceedings and execution of court decisions is a factor of economic and investment attractiveness of the country, another reason for reform is the need for a uniform application of the law.
