dc.description.abstract	The article deals with an original approach to strategic management and enterprise valuation. The proposed approach is based on standard dynamic model that allows a "convolution" of cost indexes in ordinal scale as streamlining the strategic guidelines for their growth . Unlike traditional methods of valuation, such an approach makes it possible not only to estimate the cost, but also to discover what factors can affect its dynamics, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the negative signals of enterprise development, justify and evaluate the strategy of development of the company with the position of value growth.	ru_RU
